 RESEAL CRACKS IN FOUNDATION, STEPS, WALKWAYS, WALLS AND PATIOS.  POWER-WASH THE EXTERIOR.

 CLEAN AND ALIGN GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS,  CLEAN AND ALIGN GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS, CLEAN THE CHIMNEY.

 REMOVE OIL STAINS FROM DRIVEWAY AND GARAGE.  KEEP WALKS AND DRIVEWAY SWEPT.    

 WASH THE WINDOWS INSIDE AND OUT.
